• Answering your requests and processing your credit file;
• contacting you about your request;
• meeting our legal obligations (including anti-money-laundering);
• sending our newsletter, only if you subscribed.

Pre-contractual steps taken at your request, our legal obligations, your consent (newsletter) and our legitimate interest in securing the site.

Recipients and retention

Your data is accessible to our team, the KreditLand group and our technical providers, as far as necessary. It is never sold. It is kept for as long as needed to process your request, then for the applicable legal periods.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. Write to contact@nordexinter.lu. You may also lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg data protection authority (CNPD).
